You must then submit to us on the second Monday of every month a report of the findings of those audits. The report must include associated timescales for completing action points identified from the audits and indicate who will be responsible for ensuring the improvements are made in respect of the following:
All medicines administration and management practices against best practice guidance to include the management of errors, protocols for specialist medicines and specialist application record charts.
