We found the provider had made improvements to all areas of the service since our last assessment. Further improvements were required to ensure safety events were reviewed robustly and risks to people's health, safety and welfare were consistently assessed and informed staff practice. There were improvements to the environment. Medicines were managed safely. There were enough staff to support people safely and they had the support, training and skills to carry out their role. People were supported to have choice and control and give feedback on their care. There was a new manager and deputy manager in place and they were working effectively with the staff team and the provider. Updated audit and governance processes had recently been introduced.
