Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 36 service users at Bowland Lodge.

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Bowland Lodge.

The following conditions are imposed by consent order:
1. The registered provider must within 14 days instruct a suitably qualified, skilled and competent professional, who will be a qualified nurse or pharmacist, to undertake oversight of medicines management at Bowland Lodge which will include monthly audits for the registered provider.
2. The registered provider must within 14 days devise and implement an effective system to ensure that all records relating to audits occurring at Bowland Lodge are reviewed and analysed within a reasonable period.
3. The registered provider must provide a report to the Commission within 28 days setting out the detail of what has been arranged or implemented relating to conditions 1 and 2.
