At this assessment the rating has remained good. This meant people were supported and treated with dignity and respect; and involved as partners in their care.

The provider promoted people’s independence, so people knew their rights and had choice and control over their own care, treatment and wellbeing. From our observations we saw that staff supported people to make choices thus encouraging them to be in control of the care they received. People were able to take part in meaningful activities. A relative said, “They do get my relative involved in activities that they think [relative] will enjoy, they are good in that way. “People were supported to maintain relationships with people who were important to them. Visitors were welcomed and relatives confirmed they were able to visit their loved ones regularly.
