Caring – this means we looked for evidence that the service involved people and treated them with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. At our last assessment we rated this key question good. At this assessment the rating has remained good. This meant people were supported and treated with dignity and respect; and involved as partners in their care.

Workforce wellbeing and enablement
The service cared about and promoted the wellbeing of their staff, and supported and enabled staff to always deliver person-centred care. Staff told us the morale within the team was excellent and the staff team worked well together. Staff told us they felt supported in their roles and could raise suggestions, which would be listened to. Staff were supported with their professional development and told us they received enough training to carry out their roles. One staff member said, “I am supported, I can always go and speak to the manager and ask them anything.” Another staff member said, “The staff team always get along and are very happy, I would give this place a 100 out of a 100.”
