Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Care @ Rainbow�s End.
The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum number of 5 service users at Care @ Rainbow's End.
The registered provider must ensure independent training is obtained and completed by all staff including the registered manager without delay to ensure they are competent in safeguarding, Positive Behaviour Support, choking, Moving and Handling and oxygen therapy Evidence of this training being booked must be provided to the Care Quality Commission by 5pm Monday 22 May 2023. Evidence of training completed must be provided to the Care Quality Commission by 30 May 2023.
The registered provider must review and update all care plans and risk assessments in relation to Positive Behaviour Support, choking, moving and handling and oxygen therapy to ensure that all service users are receiving safe care and treatment. Evidence of this review, details of measures in place to reduce risk and how this is shared with ALL staff, must be provided to the Care Quality Commission by 5pm on Monday 22 May 2023.
The registered provider must put a system in place to ensure all accidents and incidents are reviewed, analysed, submitted to the appropriate statutory bodies, and continually monitored. This is to ensure people are safeguarded from harm and abuse. Evidence of the review analysis, monitoring, outcomes, and actions taken to mitigate further risk must be provided to the Care Quality Commission every Wednesday with the first due 24th May 2023.
