During a routine inspection
People we spoke with including relatives were very happy with the care and support. One person said: “They knock on my door and shut it when giving me a hand”. Another told us: “The staff are all very pleasant, I can’t fault them”.
We found that people's care records were current and reflected the needs of people who lived in the home.
During our inspection we found that infection control practice in the home were adequate and kept people safe.
The provider had a recruitment procedure in place to ensure that only people suitable to work with vulnerable people were employed.
An effective complaints system, people we spoke with told us that: “The management is responsive to complaints as communication is good and all issues have been resolved”.
