People told us staff responded to their feedback to ensure they received their care how they wanted it. A person said, “I only had to ask them once and they do it that way for me now.”

Staff gave positive feedback about people’s care. A staff member commented, "I truly believe in the home and the way they look after people."

Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this. The provider captured people’s views about how they wanted their care and used this information when caring for people.
