The practice had systems to manage risks.
Manor Dental Health is in Hull and provides NHS and private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
The practice was wheelchair accessible via a portable ramp and had a ground floor surgery. On street car parking was available outside the practice.
The practice had 3 treatment rooms. During the assessment we spoke with 1 dentist, 1 dental nurse, 1 dental hygienist and therapist, 1 receptionist and the practice manager.
