During an assessment under our new approach

Date of Assessment: 15 January 2025 to 24 January 2025. Kindred Community Limited provides a specialist support and rehabilitation service, co-ordinating bespoke care packages for adults and children who have sustained complex life changing injuries such as an acquired brain injury. The provider worked closely with people and families to set up and coordinate their rehabilitation, care and support needs. The provider oversaw the recruitment process, training and performance management of support workers and designed people’s care packages to meet their changing needs. The service is registered to provide personal care. At the time of our inspection there were 5 people receiving a regulated activity.
