We carried out this assessment at the service on the 01 May 2024, 08 May 2024 and 17 May 2024. During the assessment, we assessed 34 quality statements.

Treetops is a 'care home'. People in care homes receive accommodation and nursing and/or personal care as a single package under one contractual agreement dependent on their registration with us. Treetops is a care home without nursing care. CQC regulates both the premises and the care provided, and both were looked at during this assessment. At the time of the assessment the service was providing support to 3 people living in the service.
