People felt they were treated fairly, and their human rights were respected. We were told that staff supported people well and sought their feedback following health appointments to ensure people did not experience discrimination.

Staff had completed training in equality, diversity and human rights. They understood their responsibility in upholding and respecting people’s rights.

The provider had an equality and diversity policy in place to provide guidance to staff around equality and discrimination.
