During a routine inspection
People confirmed that they were actively involved in reviewing their care plans and also confirmed that their care records were kept up-to-date after each visit made by the care staff.
People who we spoke with said that they felt, "Safe". This was because staff treated them and their property with respect. Staff were also described to us as being, "Very helpful and very kind."
People who needed support with their prescribed medication, told us that they were satisfied with the way this was provided. We were told that staff provided this in a competent way because staff, "Know what they are doing."
All people that were spoken with said that they were given opportunities to share their views about the standard and quality of the service they had received. People had completed questionnaire surveys sent out by the provider. People also were actively included in the service's quality monitoring procedures.
People that were spoken with said that they had information about how to make a complaint and had no reservations in following the provider's complaints procedure, if they needed to do so. However, people were satisfied with the standard of support and care provided and had no complaints to make.
