During a routine inspection
One person told us they were able to make decisions about what they would like to do and where they would like to go. We saw people were happy living in the home. One person told us they enjoyed going to their day activities. They said they liked living in the home and told us about particular staff they enjoyed spending time with, they told us how they enjoyed helping one member of staff with the fire safety checks. They said they had been able to choose their key worker.
People were helped to choose what they would like to eat and drink. They told us that if they did not like something they could always have something else instead. One person said the food was usually good. They told us they felt safe in the home and the home was always clean. One person told us they liked their bedroom and had chosen the colour scheme and all the things in it.. They said they liked most of the staff. We found people were happy with the service they received. One person told us they knew who to talk to if they were unhappy with the service.
