During a routine inspection

We spoke to one patient and reviewed copies of feedback from other patients who had used this service. The patient reported that the staff were nice, she felt listened to and involved in her care. Patient feedback was overwhelmingly positive about the overall level of the service, the staff, the effectiveness of the treatment and the value for money. The majority of patients come to the clinic as recommendations through previous patients.
