During a routine inspection
Patients felt their privacy was respected. Parents chaperoned their children. At the end of the consultation both parents and children understood the options that were open to them. One patient said,' we understand that there were three options available. The consultant was completely honest we understand that the outcome will not necessarily be perfect'. Patients said that technical dental terms were explained without their having to ask.
Patients were pleased with the quality of care. Comments included, 'yes 10 out of 10' and 'the notes seemed very through'. They said they were thoroughly assessed being asked about medication, allergies and ailments.
Patients said the treatment room was clean.
