The practice continually sought patient feedback. We were provided with the results of feedback from 222 patients over the last month, comments included that staff were welcoming and put them at ease, were very friendly and went above and beyond expectations.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal needs were respected.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their well-being was supported.
