This is the first assessment for this newly registered service, therefore, we inspected all quality statements under the key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. Streets Meadow is registered to provide personal care and support for up to 60 people. At the time of assessment, the service was supporting 48 people, including people living with dementia.
