There was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation. However, these were not consistently adhered to.
The Village Dental Practice is in Culcheth, Warrington and provides NHS and private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
At the time of our assessment, the dental team included 3 dentists, 5 dental nurses (one of which was also the assistant manager), 2 dental hygienists, 1 dental therapist, and the practice manager. The practice had 3 treatment rooms. During the assessment we spoke with 2 dentists, 2 dental nurses, and the practice manager.
