Relatives told us staff respected the rights and wishes of their loved ones, and staff knew people’s likes and dislikes. One relative told us, “They know (Person name) likes singing and that (Person name) favourite song is ‘You are my sunshine’, so they sing this to her when they are supporting her, and she just smiles and is calm.”
