Date of assessment 4 September to 3 December 2024.Tender 365 Care (UK) Limited is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people in their own homes. We carried out a responsive assessment to consider potential risks in relation to governance of the service and recruitment. We found one breach of the legal regulations in relation to governance. The service did not carry out robust risk assessments, care plans and risk assessments lacked detail and contained contradictory information, and recruitment documents provided differing information. At the time of the assessment care was being provided to just 1 person who was positive about the care they received. They were supported to have choice and control and could give feedback on their care. They were treated with kindness, compassion and respect. We have not previously rated this service. This assessment did not cover all parts of our Single Assessment Framework; therefore, we have only updated scores and ratings for those areas which we have assessed. We will carry out future assessments to cover other parts of the Framework and will update our website with our findings. We have asked the provider for an action plan in response to the concerns found at this assessment.

People's experience of the service

Updated 29 August 2024

The person receiving personal care told us that they felt safe, and they and their relative were positive about the care they received. They told us they were supported by a regular care staff who was familiar with their needs. The person told us they felt the care staff had the right skills and experience to support them and they were involved in decisions about care and were supported to maintain their independence. They told us the care staff was kind and respectful towards them. While the people we spoke to expressed that they were generally happy with their care, our assessment found elements of care did not meet the expected standards.
