Patients were treated with dignity and respect.
At the time of our assessment, patients could access care, support and treatment when required.
The practice is in Blackpool and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children. The practice is located on the first floor of the premises and is not accessible to wheelchair users.
At the time of our assessment, the dental team included 3 dentists, 2 dental nurses, 2 dental therapists and 1 receptionist. The practice had 4 treatment rooms but only 2 were in use. During the assessment we spoke with 2 dentists, 2 dental nurses, the receptionist and the practice manager from the provider’s sister practice.
