Staff described the reasonable adjustments they had made to ensure the practice was accessible. For example, there was a hearing induction loop, it was a wheelchair accessible practice with ground floor surgeries, an accessible toilet and language translation.

Staff had carried out a disability access audit and had formulated an action plan to continually improve access for patients. The practice displayed its opening hours and provided information on their website. The practice provided telephone numbers for patients needing emergency dental treatment when the practice was not open. Additionally, patients were encouraged to use the specialist dental software system to report any breakages or concerns, and these were assessed remotely by the practice. Patients were contacted through the software with any actions required and appointments made where appropriate.
