We spoke with 5 patients. all patients we spoke with told us they were happy with the care and treatment received at St Catherines Dental practice. The kindness of staff was mentioned by all patients. Comments included, ‘The reception team are always attentive and remember family members, they always do their upmost to accommodate’. Also, ‘I would like to say that this is an exceptional dental practice, from the ladies at reception, to the nursing team, to the dentists’.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey which received 22 responses. Whilst no comments were received, responses all indicated a high level of satisfaction with the service.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles and their wellbeing was supported.
