During a routine inspection
They felt that they had clear goals which were positive. The goals had been agreed through a consultative process. People said that the care planning was current.
They felt the relationship with their key worker was productive. One person said the key workers 'know what they are talking about'. Other comments included, 'it's early days, but it does feel positive' and 'they (the service) have been very good'.
People said that their confidentiality was respected and the boundaries were set out from the beginning. They said that they felt safe at the service.
