We looked at 2 quality statements in this key question and combined these scores with the scores from the previous inspection. Staff in the service provided care and treatment based on national guidance and evidence-based practice. Managers checked to make sure staff followed guidance. Managers and staff monitored the effectiveness of care and treatment to achieve good outcomes for patients. Staff supported patients to make informed decisions about their care and treatment. Staff followed national guidance to gain patients’ consent.
