We carried out an announced assessment of Manston Surgery on 20 November and 11 December 2024 to follow-up on an inspection that was carried out in January 2024, were the practice was rated inadequate and placed into special measures. The service is no longer rated as inadequate overall or in any of the key questions. The provider demonstrated improvements had been made and therefore, this service is no longer in special measures. We have identified a breach of Regulation 17(1) (Good governance) and have asked the provider for an action plan in response to the concerns found at this assessment.
