During a routine inspection
'I think they do a great job and care about what they do, and they are all so good to us.'I couldn't ask for more from them they are brilliant.'
People we spoke with or their relatives said they understood their care and support plans and that staff had explained things well to them.
People who used the service were very complimentary about the staff. Their comments included:
'Staff are always on time and always give us support to help with our children's activities.'
'The staff are fantastic and do a brilliant job.'
We spoke with four relatives during our inspection who told us they had been fully involved in the development of their child's care and care plan. They also told us they were able to discuss changes and contribute to their child's care if they wished. One person told us, "I have been through the care plan with the staff and no changes are made unless we all are involved.'
