Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion.

Feedback received stated; “The staff are kind, courteous and listen to my needs”, “The team are kind, professional and genuinely caring”, “I have always been reassured and helped with great patience and kindness” and “The level of professionalism, expertise and genuine care from the entire team has always been exceptional”.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles and their wellbeing was supported.
