During a routine inspection
Patients told us the surgery appointments ran on time and that this was important because of work commitments.
Patients told us that reception staff were good and were very helpful.
Patients told us they got a text message or a telephone call to remind them of their appointment and they found this very helpful.
Patients told us they had accessed emergency appointments on the day with relative ease.
Patients told us that when they accessed out of hours dental services these were found to be satisfactory with, 'good telephone advice' being given.
Patients told us that treatment was always discussed with them at each appointment as was costs.
Some patients told us that changes in their medical health were reviewed at each appointment and one patient told us they were unsure when they were last asked about changes to their medical history.
None of the patients we spoke with said they had ever had to make a complaint and that they were completely satisfied with the care and treatment provided at the practice.
Patients told us that they were always given protective equipment for example glasses and aprons on each visit to the practice.
Patients told us that dentists always wore gloves and face masks when treating them.
Patients said, 'The surgery is always clean and bright.' They told us they liked the music that was played in areas around the practice and said that they found this, 'Very calming.'
Another patient said the practice was, 'Very clean and modern and this was one of the reasons for attending.'
'A pleasant environment in fitting with the village of Hale.'
One patient said of the registered provide, 'They are easy to talk to, very caring, a real professional who is quick and efficient.'
Another patient said, 'I have a lot of trust and have been a patient for a considerable period of time.'
