Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider may only admit young people aged 16-24 under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Sanatio.

The admission of a service user aged 16 or 17 must not cause Sanatio to operate wholly or mainly as a
children's home when measured across a 12 month period.

The registered provider must not admit any service user aged 16 or 17 to Sanatio without the prior
written consent of the Care Quality Commission. The registered provider must provide written confirmation from funding authorities that the service user's care at Sanatio will continue past their 18th birthday up to the age of 24.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide accommodation for people who require nursing or personal care in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for care or support is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from Sanatio.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 5 service users at Sanatio.

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Sanatio.
