We carried out this announced on-site assessment on 05 February 2025. We found the practice had met regulations. Infection control processes were embedded. We saw evidence that lessons were shared, and action was taken to improve safety in the practice. Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement. Patients were treated with dignity and respect and at the time of our assessment. Patients ’ care and treatment was provided in line with current guidance. The practice had systems to manage risks. Feedback from patient surveys showed that patients were satisfied with the standard of care they received from the clinical team. One of the dentists provided surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments, some of which are not in scope of regulation and are not covered in our assessment.
