Caring
We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
We received feedback from 7 patients via the CQC quick response code. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were “welcoming”, “caring” and “attentive”, “acted with integrity”, and “showed compassion”.
Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.
Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
We looked at the most recent patient survey results completed in February 2025. Summarised results showed that 95.8% (46) of patients had a high level of trust in the dental team; 97.9% (47) scored the dental team high for understanding their needs and 100% felt the team was competent.
During our inspection we observed that members of staff were courteous and very helpful to patients and treated them with dignity and respect. Surgery room doors were closed during consultations; conversations taking place in these rooms could not be overheard.
Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights.
Staff were aware of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles.
