Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion. Comments included; ‘Very compassionate on my visits when I have had really bad problems with my teeth. They have stopped me from being scared of visiting the dentist. I have recommended them to many others who have since said the same. Excellent service’ and ‘Service good, clean facilities, staff friendly and helpful’.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate. We were told; ‘Staff are very helpful and kind and are always helping me with my dental needs, highly recommend’.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected. Comments included; ’Zen clinic has the best staff. Very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. They made me feel confident to smile with the crown treatment I had done. Outstanding clinic with outstanding facilities’.

We were provided with a number of results from patient surveys and online comments, we noted results and feedback was wholly positive.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Patients were offered a private area to speak confidentially should they need.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles and their wellbeing was supported.
