During a routine inspection
People who used the service were pleased with the quality of care they received. They felt well supported by the groups they attended One person told us 'I feel there is no judgement, just understanding.' Another said 'I could not have got through my addiction without the help and support of this service.' The people who use the service felt their relationship with their key worker was beneficial and productive.
People told us that they would know how to raise any safeguarding issues and added that they felt protected and safe within the service. One person told us 'I feel very safe here, more than anywhere else.'
People were cared for by staff who had good access to training and felt supported to carry out their roles effectively and safely.
The service had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people who used the service and others.
