During a routine inspection
We spoke with two recovery workers and asked them about care and care files and their relevance to service user's safe and effective care. We were told that 'Service users (people who used the service) are always involved in their care and we ask for feedback from them'.
One staff member we spoke with told us they held regular meetings with partner agencies such as, probation service, local authority and benefits agencies.
We spoke with two recovery workers and asked them about staffing numbers for the service. We were told the staff team worked well together and any sickness was covered within the team. The project manager told us they were fully staffed at present and staff sickness was covered by the team.
We spoke with six people who used the service. One person told us they had no complaints and felt happy and supported, they said, 'I feel safe well supported and happy'. People we spoke with confirmed they were aware how to complain and had seen the comments box in reception.
