At the focused inspection on 3 March 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations.

The practice policies and procedures were reviewed or monitored effectively to ensure that they reflected current guidance and legislation.

A business continuity plan was available. The provider's employer liability certificate was available.

Reading aids were available for patients who had poor vision.

Systems were in place, and used, to monitor and track NHS prescriptions to prevent fraudulent misuse in line with guidance.

A general data protection regulation (GDPR) compliant accident book was available.
