People told us they did not have to wait on a waiting list and were able to access treatment at the service when they needed it. People were supported to plan how to manage their future outside the service. People we spoke with said their counselling sessions were good. However, they also told us that the timetable of group work programmes did not always take place as planned.
Staff worked collaboratively with people to make decisions about their care and treatment. The service had an equality, diversity and human rights policy in place to guide staff in ensuring that all people were treated fairly. All staff completed training in equality and diversity.
