We reviewed a number of sources of patient feedback, for example, on-line feedback and ratings. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patients commented staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
