During a routine inspection
People's diversity, values, privacy, dignity and independence were respected.
Some comments from people using the service included 'It is a very discreet service. They ensured the door was shut for the consultation. My dignity was upheld.'
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. One person told us 'The risks were explained to me. I was told when I would be able to get back to work.'
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. When we spoke with people using the service some comments included 'It was all very clean. Protective equipment was used.'
Staff received appropriate professional development. People were cared for by staff that were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
People were made aware of the complaints system. People that we spoke with told us that they would contact the practice manager if they had any concerns.
