During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. Staff had a good knowledge of the needs of people who used the service.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. Staff told us they felt supported by their managers and described them as approachable and fair.
The service had processes in place to monitor people's views about the service offered. People told us they had never had cause to complain about the service they had received. We found that the provider had systems in place to monitor the quality of service that people received. People we spoke with confirmed that the treatment they received was of good quality. One person said 'I know my carers care about making me comfortable. You could not find better if you paid them twice as much. They never leave without asking if there is anything else I need.'
