Akaba Social UK Ltd is a domiciliary care agency. At the time of our assessment, they were supporting 3 people with personal care, living in their own homes. At our last inspection the service was rated good. At this assessment the service remains good. People were supported by staff who knew them well. Care was planned in a person-centred way and risks were mitigated against. Staff were recruited after the appropriate checks had been made. Staff received training and supervision to ensure they had the skills to support people safely. People had their consent to care obtained and staff respected people’s wishes. The registered manager had good oversight of the service and used a range of quality monitoring processes.
