Date of assessment 25 June 2024. We assessed a total of 22 quality statements across safe, effective, responsive, and well-led key questions. The scores for these areas have been combined with scores for those areas we did not assess this time, based on the key question ratings from the last inspection. When we inspected this service under our previous methodology on 17 May 2023. The service was rated as requires improvement overall, we had serious concerns and issued requirement notices for two regulation breaches. The inspection report from May 2023 can be found on our website under Hexpress Health Support Office. When we inspected Hexpress Health Support Office on 25 June 2024 we found the provider had made improvements and had addressed all concerns identified at the inspection in May 2023.
