We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
We received feedback from 68 patients, all wholly positive. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion.
Other comments included, “Professional from start to finish”, ”Overall very efficient service with no complaints”, “Staff friendly and professional, options were clear and precise, premises clean and comfortable”, “Didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything. Good facilities, happy with outcome” and “The staff are caring and professional. I strongly agree that they gave me the best medical solution for my problem, they fully explained every step of the procedure”.
Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate. Patient comments included, “The Dentist has a wealth of knowledge which was provided through advice during treatment” and “We are delighted to find a dental provider who had the Health Start Programme here in the United Kingdom”.
Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights.
Staff were aware of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles.
