Our view of the service

This assessment was carried out on 18 December 2024. The assessment was carried out to review the environment of the service following a previous assessment carried out in October 2024. No people were living at the service at the time of our assessment. We identified significant improvements had been made, however, there were still some concerns and changes to be implemented. The provider was previously in breach of the legal regulation in relation to premises and equipment. Improvements had been made and were ongoing at this assessment therefore the provider was no longer in breach of this regulation.
