We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion. Comments included ‘Highly professional service throughout. The dentist is a brilliant dentist who seems to take pride in his work and as a nervous patient makes me feel comfortable. After several visits I can't compliment him and his team enough. Gentle, pain free treatment even when removing a badly broken wisdom tooth. Him and his team treat you like a human and not just a number which to me makes a lot of difference’ and ‘Excellent, friendly & professional service always. I've been going to this dental practice for over 35 years and always found the staff very approachable and friendly’.
Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate.
Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
Results of the practice 2024 patient survey were displayed in the reception area, we noted feedback from patients were positive and where relevant, the practice had itemised its actions and plans to continue to improve services.
Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to all patients.
Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights.
Staff were aware of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Privacy screens were available in the event of a medical emergency.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles.
