We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion. Comments included; ‘Our family have been going there since 2001 and I've never had a negative experience with myself or children. (Clinician) is incredibly gentle but does a fantastic job that doesn't need repeating. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful too’. Also, ‘All my family attend this practice and the treatment / advice we've received has always been second to none. This extends to all the staff I've had interaction with. Reception / dentist / hygienist.’ Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. The practice carried out regular fundraising for local and international charities that were suggested by patients.
