The accommodation is set over 3 levels and is spacious with different areas for people to meet, individual rooms and a large garden. There were 21 people living at the service at the time of our assessment. We carried out our on-site assessment on 29 January 2025, off site assessment activity started on 27 January 2025 and ended on 31 January 2025. The assessment was completed to follow up on the last assessment to see if improvements had been made. We found the service had made improvements and were no longer in breach of regulation. The registered manager now had governance systems in place to monitor the service and provide good oversight. This assessment was unannounced.
