Date of assessment: 26 November 2024 to 20 December 2024. Weatherstones Court is operated by Autism Together. It is registered for both personal care and supported living. This report relates to the provision of personal care to people living in a supported living location near to Neston in Cheshire. We looked at all quality standards for this assessment. The service predominantly supports people living with autism or with a learning disability. At the time of the assessment there were 15 people using this service.. We expect health and social care providers to guarantee autistic people and people with a learning disability the choices, dignity, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. Right Support, right care, right culture is the statutory guidance which supports CQC to make assessments and judgements about services providing support to people with a learning disability and/or autistic people. The service was able to demonstrate how they were meeting the underpinning principles of 'Right support, right care, right culture'. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible. Staff treated people with kindness, dignity and respect. There was a clear emphasis on providing opportunities to people and maximizing their quality of life in line with their preferences. As a result, we did not identify any concerns about the support people received during this assessment
