Feedback from people, relatives, professionals and external stakeholders who worked closely with the service and the overall experience of using the service was exceptional. Particularly in relation to working with the local community to provide bespoke care and treatment that went above and beyond the scope of urgent treatment centres. We identified there was an exceptional holistic approach to the patient journey which was evident in the feedback we received in relation to person-centred care themes.
